If what you want is an estimate for a leak repair this is the option for you. With this option we will respond either via e-mail or phone to let you know the next step. The more details you provide us will expedite the process. With detailed information you may not need to be home for the estimate.

If you know what needs to be done to the roof either from a home inspection or from a visual inspection this is the choice for you. Let us know what repairs needs to be performed on the form provided and we will make arrangements for the inspection.We will respond with an e-mail to give you details. You usually do not need to be present for an inspection of this nature. A "Home Inspectors Report" or a repair request list can be faxed or e-mailed to us if there is a list that is not easily described on our form here.

Check this box if you needs us to inspect the roof and determine its condition and whatever repair is needed. We will inspect the roof, provide an opinion report and prepare an estimate for any repair we feel may be needed. You usually do not need to be present for an inspection of this nature.

Roofsavers Locke Roofing no longer installs complete roofs on homes or buildings, but we will do a carport or patio re-roof. Just click on one of the esitimate options and we respond accordingly.

If you are a property manager or a realtor and wants us to perform a leak repair without providing an estimate check this box. We will respond with a service crew and perform repairs up to the amount you authorize. If the repair can not be done for that amount, or an estimator is determined to be needed to determine the proper course of action we will automatically follow through with this process and keep you posted. This option will often get the leak repaired in the fastest possible way by eliminating the estimator step. If you have a leak that you know is on a tile roof an estimator will be needed and this option will not work for you.
Our minimumservice call is $125.00 for repairs done on a pre-authorized basis.
